A Gus Master is the host of a guided Scandinavian sauna ritual. You lead the room — setting the heat, pouring the steam, choosing the music, and creating an experience that brings people together. Up to 18 guests at a time.
This is not a job for someone who wants to stand in the background. It's a role for someone who knows how to hold a room, read the energy, and make a group of strangers feel like they've been coming here for years.
You guide guests through the ritual — heat, cold, and breath. You set the pace, create the atmosphere with steam, scent, and sound, and make sure everyone in the room feels safe, included, and part of something.
Paid per session — not hourly. Each session runs approximately 75 minutes. Initial hires stepping into Team Lead roles receive higher compensation with added responsibility for training and daily operations.
Someone outgoing, charismatic, and naturally social. You're comfortable leading a group and you understand what it means to create a shared experience. Knowledge of the sauna tradition is a plus — we provide full training.
